Usage and Dosage

The production is easy to use, The product is usually sprayed on the surface of the metal liquid during the casting process. It can also be used in electric heating furnace. It should be sprinkled on the surface of the metal liquid before it is out of the furnace at the ending of smelting. If the amount of slag is excessive, operation can be repeated one more time, dosage is based on the amount of slag in molten iron and the quality requirements to casting, usually ton of molten metal needs 1-3kg. The production will automatically spread covering the surface of the liquid metal when sprinkling on the liquid metal surface after deslagging, without stick on the furnace wall. Pouring molten iron will be The covered layer can be picked out or stay in the remaining liquid metal surface for thermal insulation, one ton of molten metal needs 1-2kg.
